Jamdani Styles

Jamdani sarees are beautifully adorned with floral motifs, historically originating from present day Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The weaving process, called "Parsi Gara," is done entirely by handwork of skilled artisans.

 The creation of these masterpieces is similar to tapestry work, and takes anywhere from 6 months to 3 years to complete.
